Construction sites in Sri Lanka still run on paper registers, spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Attendance, materials, supplier quotes and payroll sit in different places, so directors have no live view of their sites and month-end payroll takes days. Sahas Engineering wanted one system for their own sites that they could also sell to other contractors.
I built SiteFlow as a multi-tenant Laravel platform where builders sign up themselves, start a 14-day free trial and choose one of three subscription plans. Estimates start as BOQs built from reusable templates, and the BOQ items flow straight into procurement, where the team sends RFQs, compares supplier bids and issues purchase orders. Site engineers log geo-fenced attendance from their phones, and supervisors get Dialog SMS alerts when workers are missing. Payroll runs in one step, with EPF/ETF calculations, advances, payslips and a bank CSV export. Directors follow budgets, costs and progress on live dashboards for each site, and role-based access means each person sees only what they need. The marketing site and the app both run in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
